Robert (Bob) Coner - president nominee
Bob and his wife, Pati, have owned their home at 6206 Warm Mist Lane since July of 2013 and previously spent several years living in Boston and Providence, Rhode Island before that. Bob is currently the web chair on the PHA Board and recently redesigned the prestonwood.net website and setup our firstname.lastname@example.org email address. Bob has extensive work experience and brings the following to the PHA Board:
-previous experience working for Pfizer's Global Research organization delivering IT projects across 3 continents
-extensive experience in IT, informatics, project management, budgeting, finance, and operations
-currently working for a cancer research startup located at the UTSW Medical Center
-holder of multiple degrees: MBA from Indiana University, MS in Chemistry from Purdue University, and BS in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology

Bob and Pati and their 6 year old son Julian really enjoy living in Prestonwood and want to do everything they can to make the neighborhood a great place to live.
Felix N. Thetford - president-elect nominee
Felix, a licensed Realtor®, is married to Sandra, his wife of ten years. They live in the Prestonwood neighborhood, in Dallas, Texas.
Felix is active in his community and supports the Boy Scouts of America. He earlier served for five years as the Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 72 (with sixty active scouts), sponsored by University Park United Methodist church.
The couple is active in Highland Park United Methodist church, where they sing in the chancel choir. Additionally, Felix is involved in the church’s home construction efforts that support the Habitat for Humanities.
In addition to being a Realtor, Felix is also licensed as a Texas Certified Public Accountant, with years of experience with a range of clients, including other Realtors®, homeowners and real estate investors.
Both Felix and his wife Sandra have backgrounds in owning and operating real estate investment properties in Texas and Colorado.
