After holding prior meetings virtually, we are please to announce that this year's Prestonwood HOA General Membership Meeting will be held in person at Parkhill Junior High. 

In addition, the HOA is looking for a volunteers to fill the roles of Vice President Secretary role to keep a record of the minutes of all meetings of the Board and General Membership, and Chairperson of Communications Committee to organize and oversee all communications to HOA membership.

Meeting Agenda:
  1. Establish quorum (5% of general membership)
  2. Welcome / meeting protocol / introduction of guests
  3. District 12 City of Dallas Council Member: Cara Mendelsohn
  4. President's report
  5. Membership report
  6. PHA Financial report (to be provided)
  7. PID financial Report (to be provided)
  8. Election of Officers / Nominating Committee's slate of candidates:
  • President, Jim Mills
  • Vice-President / President Elect, no candidate
  • Vice-President of Improvements / Landscape, Steve Monserrate
  • Vice-President of Neighborhood Concerns, Vicki Borowski
  • Vice-President Secretary, no candidate
  • Vice-President of Finance / Treasurer, John Peiser
  • Vice-President of Public Improvement District (PID), Barry Klein
  • Vice-President of Crime Watch, Mike Kiefer
