We are extremely glad you chose Prestonwood, and I would like to take a moment to tell you about one of the best neighborhoods and homeowners' associations in North Dallas.The Prestonwood Homeowners Association ("PHA") is an all volunteer organization tasked with promoting neighborliness and pride among the residents of Prestonwood.
